Do you allow fireworks?
No, we do not allow the use of fireworks on our property (no exceptions).
Can wedding guests camp the night before and/or after the wedding?
We always have guest rental options available for the night of your wedding. The night before will depend on availability and whether our venue has another event booked on the day prior.
How much room is there for overnight guests?
We currently have overnight lodging space for up to 20 guests (10 rentals).
Do you provide a discount if we rent all the overnight lodging space?
There is no discount for renting all the units, as the fee is based upon the workload for cleaning and maintaining each space.
What is the S’mores bar?
The S’mores bar is a small table with everything guests need to make s’mores, we style the table so it goes with the event’s style and decor.
What is the Horse Trailor Bar?
Shabby chic horse trailer that has signage and decor.
Why is there a cost to the Bon Fire Add-on?
We provide the wood when it’s added to your booking. It can be used at no cost, but you will be required to supply your own firewood.
Does the bar rental include alcohol and a bartender or just the trailer itself?
No, this is just the horse trailer bar styled with greenery and lanterns.
What is the minimum payment to secure your venue for our wedding?
Our deposit due to reserve your event date is $500.
What is the max guest count for events & weddings?
We allow up to 120 guests.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
In the event of a cancellation, the $500 retainer payment and any additional payments made are NONREFUNDABLE, however, these payments are fully transferrable to a new Monday-Thursday date. (*Friday-Sundays are reserved for new bookings only).
In your guest rentals, which units have bathrooms?
Upper (Bridal) and Lower (Groom) apartments have private bathrooms. All other lodging has shared bathrooms.
Do you allow well-behaved dogs on the camping sites?
We only allow dogs in our Upper (Bridal) and Lower (Groom) apartments with a signed Pet Waiver. Pets are not allowed on our other camping sites.

All dates between June-September are blocked off, as these are typically very hot days, and with our lack of AC, we don't typically host many weddings during that timeframe. If you are okay with the heat, please let us know your requested Summer date, and we can send you a quote.
